How long will it take for my order to be delivered?Our delivery times vary depending on what shipping speed you choose. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. If you choose express shipping, it will take 1-2 business days to arrive. There may be delays sometimes with the carrier which is out of our hands. If any issue arises with the rate of delivery, please contact us and we will investigate the issue and make any accommodations necessary.
What is the policy if I want to return something?For your convenience, you have 30 days to return all unused items with tags attached. We also accept exchanges within 30 days as long as the replacement item has the same value as the original item. Otherwise the original item is returned and a new order must be placed. If a replacement is chosen, we will send it to the original address used on file. We do inspect all our returns, so please make sure to pack your return properly and to return in its original condition. We do not assume responsibility for any items returned accidentally. If you would like those shipped back, you will be responsible to cover shipping costs. If any items are not returned within 30 days or are returned in anything other than its original condition, then we reserve the right to not issue a refund. In any such case, if you request for the items to be shipped back, you will be held responsible for shipping costs.
What is the address for returns?We suggest that you purchase proof of shipping when mailing out your return. Our returns address is 1226 Palermo Ave, Coral Gables FL 33134. Be sure to include your original invoice in the return and pack properly to prevent any damage. We are not responsible for damage that occurs due to improper packaging.
How long does it take to receive a refund?It usually takes up to 5 business days for us to receive your return depending upon which shipping service you used. Then, it usually takes 1-2 business days to inspect all item and process your return, assuming you did not choose a replacement. As soon as we process your refund or exchange, we'll send you an email confirmation. Refunds are issued back to original method of payment and can typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement.
